  • Can I cancel an order after it is placed?

    Based on our order fulfillment process, orders in picked status will not be eligible for cancellation. If you no longer need your parts we ask that you please request return by contacting our customer support team via email: contact@superior-globe.com

  • I am a current customer and I need a copy of an invoice

  • Do you ship internationally?

    No, currently we ship only across Malaysia.

  • My order has arrived incomplete. What shall I do?

    Please get in touch with our customer support, attach the order photos, and indicate the order number and relevant details.

  • Can I order an item that is currently out of stock?

    Yes. To do so, you need to contact us via email and indicate all the details. We’ll inform you as soon as we have the required item.
